They didn't have to do it, but they did!

I just got a call from Golden Recycling in Billings Montana.

They'd been calling my home number for a couple of weeks and not leaving a message (I thought it was someone trying to sell me something).  Finally today I answered the phone and a pretty nice guy explained to me that one of his employees overcharged my husband for some rebar that he purchased a couple weeks ago.  He wanted to let me know that he had credited our credit card for the overage and just wanted to explain why.

Ok, we would never have questioned the charge, they didn't have to do this, but they did!  Who else would attempt to get ahold of us on our home phone, like 10 times!  I love where we live, and I love local businesses for this very reason.  Just want anyone else who may consider using this company to know who they're dealing with.  I like 'em!

Small business feature: The Yoga Spot

Breathe in breathe out!  That's basically what we need to do right?  Yoga is in Montana and it's here to stay!  I try to make it to Yoga twice a week so I can be stretched and bent in directions that I would normally not try.  I am pretty amazed that since I have become more regular at yoga, my back no longer hurts and my shoulder that had tightened up after a surgery 8 years ago, moves in all directions.

The group experience is what is the most fun for me.  I am not a typical yoga body type, so being in a group that is warm and accepting is very comforting.  People tend to help each other as well.

The Yoga Spot is located at 2409 2nd Avenue North, Billings Montana.  The phone number for questions:  406-867-Yoga (9642).  Follow the link below for schedules, prices and contact info.

Warm wishes of continued yoga practice for the yoga spot, below are some pictures.

Aimee Carlson, a Yoga Master shown here with one of the props used for stretching.  Notice the cushioned floor of bamboo green, makes for a great soft surface for yoga practice.
