My old boyfriends she says! Too funny!
Every Wednesday my partners and I try to tour some of the homes for sale in our Billings Montana area. This touring excursion usually begins after our office meetings and ends up with lunch somewhere on the town.
I always take my camera, because I know I'm gonna run into some feature that I really like, or some staging or decorating idea that I think speaks "buy me".
Today was a real treat. A local Realtor has her home on the market. She's one of those people who just has a talent for renovating, and up-scaling in good neighborhoods.
While touring her home for sale on Teton Ave, I just had to take a few pictures of the outdoor patio. The gas fireplace was jumping with big yellow flames, the perfect time for an outside fire is fall, don't you think?
Then I came to a covered patio with a door into the rimrock wall and I had to ask "what's behind that door?" I was thinking maybe it led to an old root cellar or something. "No" she says, "that's where I put all my old boyfriends!"
She claims that she always likes to have a conversation piece in an unexpected place and this seemed like a good one. The door just goes out into the alley!
This home is big and beautiful and on the higher end of pricing for the Billings Montana area. It's been remodeled by this expert with just top of the line upgrades while preserving the character and charm of the area.
